Genuine Royston Turquoise Sterling Silver Native American Ring
Thumbnail Filmstrip of Genuine Royston Turquoise Sterling Silver Native American Ring Images
Genuine Royston Turquoise Stone set in Sterling Silver Ring. Created by Navajo Artist Raymond Bennett. Signed by the artist. Royston is a turquoise mine located within the Royston District near Tonopah, Nevada. The Royston District consists of several mines including Royston, Royal Blue, Oscar Wehrend and Bunker Hill. The mines in this district were discovered as early as 1902; in fact, Royston is the oldest patented mine in Nevada. While Royston is considered an active mine, it is a very small operation. The miners go to the mine only twice per year. Royston was originally a tunnel mine, but is now an open pit. Royston is a good producer of high quality stones. According to one of the current miners, Royston turquoise is known as "grass roots," which means the best deposits are found within ten feet of the surface.

I absolutely love this bracelet! I was a little apprehensive about ordering from an online store off of FB but so glad I did. I will be a return customer!

I was given this bracelet by my husband for my 60th birthday - it is my favorite piece of jewelry and I simply cannot stop looking at it! This is such a beautiful, meaningful piece of art. Thank you Calvin Begay for your incredible talent, dedication to your craft, and for my most memorable birthday thus far!

I am pleasantly pleased with the authentic Native American products and service from Treasures of The Southwest. The options are numerous and I finally made my purchase selections from the plethora of choices. I purchased closely matching pendant, earrings and bracelet as gifts and my wife loved them. The service was outstanding with special gift wrapping and rapid delivery. The gifts arrived just in time on the day of our 55th wedding anniversary, just in time for a lovely steak dinner in Old Town Albuquerque. Thanks Treasures of The Southwest.
